This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver orders placed through elevatesalonpartners.co.uk (“the Site”).
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3 pm or during weekends are processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
We offer several delivery options depending on your order size and destination:
Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Local Delivery / Click & Collect: Available in certain areas – details shown at checkout if applicable.
Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee arrival dates once parcels are with the courier, especially during peak periods or adverse weather.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders over £100 qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Express or international services may carry an additional charge.
We may occasionally offer promotional free-shipping periods – these will be clearly advertised.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland UK).
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or remote areas may take longer or incur extra fees.
International shipping is available only by prior arrangement – please contact us before ordering.
Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your parcel directly via the courier’s website.
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office before contacting us.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will leave a card or send an email/text with redelivery options. If you do not arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the stated period, it may be returned to us.
Returned parcels due to failed delivery may incur a reshipping charge.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If any items are damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will appear on the product page or confirmation email. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or hold the order until all items are ready – you will be notified.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, strikes, extreme weather or other events beyond our control. However, we will help you track and resolve any courier-related issue as far as possible.
