Returns & Refunds Policy

Scope: This policy covers purchases made via the website elevatesalonpartners.co.uk (the “Site”).

1. If you change your mind

If you have purchased a product (e.g., salon partner kit, tools or accessories) and you decide you no longer want it, you may request a return and refund subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories and documentation intact.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items.

  • We will process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied.

2. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items

If the product you receive is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item, we will either replace the item or refund you (your choice) subject to the following:

  • Please contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue, and within 30 days of receipt of the product.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the fault or error and, if applicable, photographs of the problem.

  • We will arrange for the return of the item (we may supply a postage label) or otherwise agree a collection.

  • Once the item is returned or collected, we will inspect it and determine whether the fault or error is covered by this policy.

  • If confirmed, we will refund you the full cost of the item (and any standard shipping you paid) or dispatch a replacement.

  • If the item is not deemed faulty or wrongly supplied (for example damaged by improper use), we may reject the claim or apply a restocking fee—this will be communicated to you.

3. Refund process

  • Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

  • If you only return part of an order, any shipping charge originally paid may not be fully refundable.

  • If you return goods that you purchased together under a multi-buy or promotional offer, we may deduct any proportionate discount that applied.

4. Exemptions & non-returnable items

  • Items that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that are opened, used, damaged or in non-resaleable condition (e.g., missing packaging, tags removed, hygiene seals broken).

  • Promotional items, free gifts or consumables (unless faulty) may be excluded from the change-of-mind return policy—this will be indicated at point of sale.

  • Apart from your statutory rights, no additional refunds will be given for unused complementary items, consumables or services ancillary to product purchase.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and other applicable legislation you have the right to:

  • Receive goods that match description, are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

  • Reject faulty goods within a reasonable time and receive a refund, repair or replacement.

  • In the case of online purchases, you also have a right to cancel within 14 days of receipt (for change of mind) unless an exception applies.

6. How to return a product

To start a return:

  2. We will confirm your return or replacement instructions, and provide a return address or label (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item (you may be responsible for postage unless the item is faulty/wrong). Obtain proof of postage and keep tracking information.

  5. Once the item arrives and passes inspection we will refund or dispatch replacement as agreed.
